OUTDOOR/INDOOR CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
Early Cancellations: Must be made 12 hours before the start of class through MINDBODY.
Late Cancellations: is a class cancelled within 12 hours of class start time.
Late Cancel Fee: Loss of class (members $15 fee)
Absent No Show Fee: Loss of class (members $20 fee)
No shows and last minute cancellations prevents others from participating in classes who have been wait-listed or who would like to attend. Please be mindful of other students in our community and be sure to cancel early if you know you cannot attend.

Late Policy: Students must arrive before the start of class to get set up. Due to our new safety guidelines we cannot not allow any late clients into class. If you show up late you will be denied entry and lose your class.
All class purchases and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
There are no extensions on class passes and memberships; Exceptions regarding extensions on packages may be granted if another class package is purchased or to those facing unexpected medical complications with a doctor's note.
Pricing, schedule, classes, teachers are subject to change.
Canceling: 30 days email notice is required. Click here to submit your request firstname.lastname@example.org
Freezing: Pavana allows you to freeze your account up to three months. The first month is complementary after that it is $10/month to hold your membership. Once your hold period is up your membership will automatically renew. If you wish to cancel during your freeze you must submit a cancellation form below. 30 day email notice is required.
IF THE STUDIO HAS TO CANCEL CLASS
Due to inclement weather, ill teacher, or emergency. All pre-registered sign ups will be notified by email at least 2 hours before the start of class and their class will be credited back to their account.
