FEBRUARY MOVEMENT CHALLENGE

This challenge was created to help keep your mind, body and spirit strong and healthy. Use the challenge board below to help stay motivated in your yoga practice.

HOW TO PLAY: 

We challenge you to take 14 classes in 28 days (That's 3-4 classes per week) It can be livestream, Online, In Studio or On-Demand classes. Includes weekly motivational emails with short & sweet self-care practices. 

PRIZES: 

Everyone who signs up will be entered to win $30 Pavana Credit. 

Complete 14 or more classes and be entered to win a a restorative bolster, yogi blanket, strap and Pavana swag! :)

Print out the challenge board below & track your classes! For those practicing through Pavana On-Demand, please tag us on social @pavanayoga or email us  every time you take class so we can keep track.
