Pavana POLICIES

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

Early morning classes before 8am must be cancelled on Mind-body by 10:00 pm the night before. All other class cancellations must be made 2 hours before the start of class. You can early cancel on MINDBODY, or send us a email (info@pavanayogastudios.com)

Late Cancel- $15

Late Cancellation is a class cancelled within 2 hours of class start time or 8 hours for AM classes.

All late cancellations will be charged $15.

Absent No Show/ No Cancel- $25

If you do not cancel and do not show up you will lose a class or be charged the full drop in rate of $25.

No shows and last minute cancellations prevents others from participating in classes who have been wait-listed or who would like to attend. Please be mindful of other students in our community and be sure to cancel early if you know you cannot attend.

LATE POLICY

  • Students running late have a 5 minutes grace period for most but not all classes. Please be mindful to enter silently and not make it a habit. After 5 minutes we cannot let anyone into class since it is disruptive.

  • 45 minutes express, meditation, pure core classes, and Friday evening classes MUST START ON TIME. Late entries will not be allowed. NO exceptions.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

  • ARRIVE ON TIME

    • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time of class to get set up and centered.

    • First-time students must arrive 15 minutes early to get set up and fill out waiver.

    • Please make sure to check in at the front desk and be on your mat at the start time of class.

  • NO SHOES

  • Please take off your shoes before entering the studio

  • CHECK YOUR EGO AT THE DOOR

    • Be mindful of the energy you bring into our space. Gossiping, complaining and negative attitudes will not be permitted in our zen space. Please be kind and respect others.

  • NOTIFY TEACHER OF ANY INJURIES

  • MINIMIZE CONVERSATION

    • Our studio is a space for reflection, focus, and self-study. Please be mindful to keep chitchat to a minimum while classes are in session.

  • NO PHONES

    • During class please leave cell phones on silent outside the studio. You can bring them in after class to take a picture in our triangle.

  • CLEAN UP

    • Please return blocks, blankets, bolsters, and straps in the place you found them. Rented mats must be wiped down before returning to the front desk.

PURCHASE POLICIES

  • All class purchases and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • There are no extensions on class passes and memberships; Exceptions regarding extensions on packages may be granted if another class package is purchased or to those facing unexpected medical complications with a doctor's note.

  • Pricing, schedule, classes, teachers are subject to change.

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

AUTO MEMBERSHIPS
All memberships are auto-renewing. Depending on your package committment time may vary. They may be cancelled or switched via email (info@pavanayogastudios.com) with a 30 day written notice.

FREEZING: One complementary freeze is allowed per year. The minimum duration allowed is 1 month with a maximum duration of up to 3 months. There is a $10 per billing date Freeze Fee after your first freeze. This will freeze your payments while you may be out of town. Once the freeze period is over, you monthly payments will resume. Please note that the freeze may shift your Auto-Pay billing date once reactivated. Notify the studio 30 days before you would like the freeze to begin.

WORKSHOP & EVENT CANCELLATIONS

Pre-registered sign ups must can cancel up to 48 hours before the event to receive studio credit.  Cancellations under 48 hours of event will result in no refund. If in a situation where Pavana Yoga has to cancel an event, everyone will receive full refund.
