Pavana Yoga offers a wide variety of yoga classes to meet our students needs. Whether you are looking for a restorative/relaxing class or a fast paced/challenging workout, our teachers will help guide you in your practice.

This class is great for beginners to learn the basics of the poses and breath work. Practiced at a gentle pace and being surrounded by new yogis eager to learn. In this class you will work on alignment and modifications allowing you to feel your best in each pose and confident in your yoga practice.
SLOW GLOW FLOW
A slow vinyasa class focused on bringing pain-free range of motion. Suited for students who want to learn the basics of vinyasa flow. Connecting your body and breath as you flow in our dramatically lit studio room. Moving gracefully through poses as you build strength and flexibility in the body. You will leave this class feeling confident and full of good vibes.
Discover the foundation of poses in this class. Using props to help guide you into proper alignment and allow you to deepen your practice safely. This class is great for beginners and those who want to add on to their practice.
All Levels / Intermediate
A Vinyasa class using a creative sequence and an upbeat vibe. Connecting your body and breath as you flow in our dramatically lit studio room. Moving gracefully through poses as you build strength and flexibility in the body. You will leave this class feeling confident and full of good vibes.
This class is focused on building your abdominal muscles and other core posture muscles. Helping to relieve lower back pain and gain strength and balance in your body.
Wake up with heart warming sun salutations that will energize your body and calm your mind. A fun Vinyasa flow class that will leave you smiling & ready to take on your day.
Focusing on deep stretches. Gentle yoga is perfect for beginners and those who want to take it slow for the day.
Come unwind and relax in this class with gentle restorative stretches. Props, bolsters and blankets are used to help your body naturally open up and relax. Finding that quiet space in your mind and stillness in your body. This class will help reduce blood pressure.
A challenging vinyasa flow class followed by 30 minutes of yin poses and relaxation. Each pose will be held for 5 minutes to allow you to completely relax and get deeper into your body.
JIVAMUKTI INSPIRED FLOW
“Liberation while living” Jivamukti is a fun vigorous vinyasa flow. Including a theme using yoga principles and philosophy that draw from modern life. Incorporating a theme through chanting, yoga scripture, meditation, asana, pranayama, and music.
Explore new boundaries as you work towards mastering your poses in this class. An energetic class focused on taking you step by step to go deeper into your backbends and inversions. This class is fast paced helping to cleanses the body and mind. Helping to improve digestion and concentration. This class will leave you feeling vibrant and rejuvenated.Room temperature is kept between 80-85 degrees.
PAVANA EXCLUSIVE CLASSES
An exclusive Pavana Class with a set playlist and set flow taking you into a meditative healing room with soothing sounds of the rainforest. In this yin class each pose will be held for a minimum of 5 minutes allowing you to fully relax and open up the muscles. This class will allow you to see your growth over time as the body will start to open up and heal.
